Terms and Conditions
Last updated August 6, 2026
Acceptance
By signing up for or using MoodleMCP, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with them, you must not use the service.
General
Studio LXD, S.L. (see Legal notice) may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced with reasonable notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised access. You are also responsible for having sufficient authorisation to connect any Moodle installation to your account.
Subscription and billing
MoodleMCP offers a 30-day free trial, no card required — since you provide no payment details during the trial, there is no risk of being charged while it lasts. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription, processed through Stripe. All listed prices include applicable VAT.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no pro-rated refunds are issued for unused time. Credit packs are one-time purchases, non-refundable once redeemed, and do not expire: they remain in your organization's balance until you use them.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Break the law or infringe third-party rights.
- Connect Moodle installations without authorisation to do so.
- Transmit malware or attempt to compromise the platform's integrity.
- Make abusive or automated use of the AI tools that degrades the service for other users.
Right of withdrawal
MoodleMCP is a digital service that begins as soon as you subscribe. Since you have a 30-day free trial to evaluate the service before making any payment, subscribing to a paid plan constitutes your express request for the digital service to begin immediately, and a waiver of your right of withdrawal under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated Consumer and User Protection Act, LGDCU).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription or close your account at any time from your organization settings.
Data protection
The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Studio LXD, S.L. is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, nor for the availability or correct functioning of third-party Moodle installations that MoodleMCP connects to.
Dispute resolution
Any dispute related to these Terms will first be addressed in good faith between the parties. If that isn't possible, the following clause applies.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, with both parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
